Accordingly, Bhattarai submitted his resignation to the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport today.
Resigning, General Manager Bhattarai said that he has been working sincerely since the day he was appointed and he has played an important role in entering the railway era in Nepal.
“Since the day I was appointed as the General Manager of the Railway Company, I have been working continuously for the company and have revived the defunct Nepal Railway Company Limited and prepared it to operate train service on Jayanagar-Janakpur-Kurtha section in the first phase,” he said. It is clear that technology has played an important role in bringing Nepal to the railway era by contributing to the production of skilled manpower related to railways. ’
Similarly, they have refuted the explanation given by showing errors in the work. He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture and that his confession had been obtained through torture.
In his resignation letter, General Manager Bhattarai also informed the government about the ongoing activities in the railway sector and the plans for the coming days.
He said that the resignation, which had to be made while the train was being operated, would have a serious impact on all processes. He also alleged that the appointments made by the previous government on the basis of political bias were revoked with the coming of the present government.
“Therefore, in the presence of preparations for the operation of the railways, I would like to dismiss the appointments made by the previous government in a biased manner out of political retaliation in a way that would seriously affect the operation process,” he said. When the drama of clarification is staged alleging that there is no provision in clause (d) of Article 9 of the Criteria for Appointment and Nomination of Officers 2077 BS, irresponsible, vindictive, apolitically established and anti-development and anti-people government I have resigned from the post of General Manager of Nepal Railway Company Limited with effect from today as my moral values and deep love for the country will not allow me to be a co-passenger and guide of anti-people activities of the Gangetic government formed by the alliance of various unwanted interests.
