Oxygen plant connection started at Dadeldhura Hospital


Oxygen plant connection work has been started at Dadeldhura Hospital. Karunakar Ojha, chairman of the hospital development committee, said that the work of connection of oxygen plant has been started after the government of Nepal provided Rs. 40 million for the construction of the oxygen plant in Dadeldhura Hospital.

The capacity of the old oxygen plant at Dadeldhura Hospital was to fill 27 cylinders daily. He said that the capacity of the oxygen plant currently being connected is more than 200 cylinders per day, which will not cause a shortage of oxygen not only in Dadeldhura Hospital but also in the far west.

Medical Superintendent Dr Jagdish Chandra Bista said that there was some delay in extending the agreement even though the agreement was reached to complete the work of the oxygen plant by mid-July last year.
